Ms. Kim Laich is
the President and Founding Principal of The Robinson Group,
a full-service IT recruiting firm providing permanent employees,
contracting consultants, and project resources. The firm
has served the Delaware Valley for more than 20 years and
is headquartered in Newtown Square, PA.
Ms.Laich says, "The Robinson Group’s number

Ms Laich began her career in IT placement in 1982. She founded
The Robinson Group in 1987 with the intent to remain focused
on placing high quality individuals with a growing
number of dedicated clients. Creating a full-service firm
has always been Ms. Laich’s objective. She enjoys
getting to know her clients well and becoming a valued
business partner.
The Robinson Group possesses many respectable accreditations,
including certification by the Women's Business Enterprise
National Council (WBENC), one of the nation's leading third-party
certifiers of women's business enterprises (WBEs). As a
certified WBE, individuals are recognized as having completed
a rigorous and stringent certification process. Additionally,

Personnel Consultants and National Personnel Association
(NPA), a respected association of professional recruiters.
Ms. Laich is also a member of the Greater Philadelphia
Society Executive Group (GPSEG), a non-profit professional
association of senior-level executives.
Ms. Laich has resided in Media, PA for over 25 years and
is involved in many community events. She also
enjoys boating on the eastern shore of MD. Ms. Laich holds
a BA degree in Elementary Education/Special Education from
the University of Delaware.
