John Brookover is a Senior Recruiter at The Robinson Group.  His responsibilities include the full life cycle recruiting process and working closely with Candidates, the Account Management team and Clients to insure that everyone's expectations are met or exceeded.  He is a strong believer that delivering high quality services is a key ingredient in building strong relationships with all constituencies and will lead to success going forward.

John is a graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in Finance, and has done graduate work in the MBA program at Drexel University.  He has worked in the staffing industry for nearly 20 years.  Prior to staffing, he worked in sales and sales management in the computer industry.  He has extensive people, management and entrepreneurial experience and is a firm believer that incremental quality improvement leads to outstanding performance.  Two important aspects of that are understanding and following the basics ("blocking and tackling") and consistently trying to adhere to Best Practices.

His outside interests include golf, spectator sports, travel and spending time with his family.
