Mr. James Oliver is the Vice-President and Managing Principal of The Robinson Group, a full-service IT recruiting firm providing permanent employees, contracting consultants, and project resources. The firm has serviced the Delaware Valley for more than 20 years and is headquartered in Newtown Square, PA.

Mr. Oliver says, "Just like our clients, we have global reach.  This enables us to deliver talent to premier organizations, allowing them to build strong teams in multiple locations.” 

Mr. Oliver began his career in Advertising and eventually his interests led him to the Information Technology field. He joined the firm in 1995 and has been instrumental in the firm’s growth.  Mr. Oliver is a firm believer in building relationships and maintaining a strong personal connection to the decision makers and candidates throughout the marketplace.

The Robinson Group possesses many respectable accreditations, including certification by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), one of the nation's leading third-party certifiers of women's business enterprises (WBEs). As a certified WBE, individuals are recognized as having completed a rigorous and stringent certification process. Additionally, The Robinson Group is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Personnel Consultants and National Personnel Association (NPA), a respected association of professional recruiters. 

Mr. Oliver has resided in Montgomery County for 16 years with his family. He is an accomplished distance runner, and is actively involved in local charities. He holds a BS degree in both Business and Finance from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA.
